February 27, 2025On Thursday evening, New Mexico Military Institute booked a spot in Saturday’s district championship, as they defeated Ruidoso High, 41-29 in the Cahoon Armory gym. With the win, the Colts improve to 16-11 on the season. With the setback, Ruidoso dips to a 16-12 overall mark. -
Colts thrash Dexter High on senior night, 91-55
February 21, 2025On Friday night, New Mexico Military Institute concluded the 2025 regular season with a 91-55 win over neighboring Dexter High. With the win, the Colts improve to 15-11 and end district play with a 4-2 record – enough to finish second in the district. With the loss, Dexter falls to 0-6 in district play with a 6-18 overall record. -

February 14, 2025New Mexico Military opened the second round of district play on Friday night with a 49-39 loss against Ruidoso High School at the Cahoon Armory Gym. With the setback, the Colts dip to 2-2 in district play with a 13-11 overall record. With the win, Ruidoso improves to 14-10 on the season and 2-2 in district play. -

Picking up the 64-41 win, the Colts extended their winning streak to four straight and improved to 10-6 overall on the year. While Loving High dips to an overall record of 4-11 with a 0-1 mark in district play. -

Colts cruise past Tatum High in 47-30 win Tuesday night
December 11, 2024On Tuesday night New Mexico Military Institute traveled to Tatum, NM for a matchup with the Coyotes as the Colts left with a 47-30 win. Jumping back into the win column with the 17-point win over Tatum High, the Colts improved to 3-2 on the young season.
