Araujo enters her fifth season as the Bronco Volleyball assistant coach.

Bronco Volleyball has enjoyed some of its most successful seasons during Araujo's tenure, helping lead the team to the most wins in program history in 2019 and a second-place national finish in 2021.

As a player, coach Araujo spent her freshman year at Indian Hills Community College in 2013 where she totaled 260 kills and 135 digs to go along with 61 blocks.

After transferring to Benedictine College, Araujo compiled 449 kills, 201 defensive digs and 64 total blocks.  She averaged 2.38 kills per set her junior season and earned a bachelor's in Exercise Science – Coaching.  

The native of Franciso Morato, Brazil, then spent two seasons with Henderson State University as a graduate assistant coach where she helped take the NCAA Division II program from missing the conference tournament to competing for a conference championship in just two seasons. Araujo earned her master’s in sports administration.
