Broncos sweep Clarendon College in four-game series
On Saturday afternoon New Mexico Military Institute completed the series sweep over Clarendon College with a 14-3 win in game three, followed by a 16-7 win the cap off the weekend. With the pair of wins the Broncos improved to 20-6 overall with a 6-2 mark in conference play. With the losses, Clarendon dips to 2-6 in conference play with a 5-21 overall record.

Broncos take 2-0 series lead over Clarendon College
On Friday afternoon New Mexico Military Institute defeated Clarendon College 6-1 in the first game of the series and followed up with a 10-4 win in game two at the NMMI Ballpark. With the wins, the Broncos move to 4-2 in conference play with an 18-6 overall record. With the loss, the Bulldogs dip to 5-19 overall with a 2-4 mark in conference play.

Colts stumble in first round of state playoffs 61-50 to No. 8 Tohatchi
On Saturday afternoon New Mexico Military Institute made the trip to Tohatchi, NM for the first round of the NMAA Class 3A Championships. Despite a close first half, the Colts suffered a 61-50 defeat on the road. With the loss, NMMI concludes the season with a 17-10 overall record. With the win, Tohatchi advanced to the state quarterfinal on Tuesday in Rio Rancho, NM.

Lady Colts fall in first round of state playoffs, 53-17 to No. 2 Santa Fe Indian
On Friday night New Mexico Military Institute travelled to Santa Fe, NM for their first-round matchup of the NMAA State Championships with Santa Fe Indian School. With the loss, the Lady Colts end the season with a 12-9 overall record. With the win, Santa Fe Indian moves to 23-6 overall and earns a spot in the state quarterfinal on Tuesday.

Broncos battle in second half, fall 88-68 to New Mexico Junior College
On Monday night New Mexico Military Institute moved to 4-11 in conference play with a 88-66 loss to No. 15 New Mexico Junior College at the Cahoon Armory Gym. With the loss, the Broncos own a 12-17 overall record. With the win, NMJC improves to 24-5 overall with a 11-4 mark in conference play.
