This will be Coach Schooley's 11th year as the head coach of the Lady Colt volleyball program. 

She is a Roswell native who played outside hitter at Goddard High School and Lubbock Christian. 

She graduated with a bachelor's degree in education from Eastern New Mexico University and served as an elementary school teacher for the Roswell ISD for several years before taking on the role of teacher and coach at NMMI.

She is married to NMMI head Bronco basketball coach Sean Schooley. They have three children, Cameron, Lacie and Mitchell.
