Coach Hardman comes to NMMI as the Assistant Director of Strength and Conditioning after spending the past year at Georgia Southern University. While at GSU Coach Hardman designed and implemented programs for men’s and women’s basketball, baseball, softball, volleyball, men’s and women’s tennis, cross country, track and field, and swimming and diving.

At NMMI, Coach Hardman is responsible for designing and implementing strength and conditioning programs for men’s basketball, women’s volleyball, and men’s and women’s tennis. He also assists with football and collaborates with the design and implementation of the Prep PT and Corps PT programs.

Prior to Georgia Southern, Coach Hardman was the Director of Sports Performance at RedLine Athletics in Houston, TX where he worked primarily with adolescent athletes.

Before arriving at RedLine Coach Hardman was the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Louisiana State University at Alexandria where he worked with men’s basketball and women’s tennis. While at LSUA, Coach Hardman helped the men’s basketball team reach the NAIA Championship game where they lost to a 3 point buzzer beater in over time.

Prior to LSUA, Coach Hardman was an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Northern Illinois University. While at NIU Coach Hardman was responsible for designing and implementing strength and conditioning programs for men’s and women’s tennis, cross country, and track and field. He also assisted with football.

Before arriving at NIU, Coach Hardman was a Graduate Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Mckendree University where he designed and implemented strength and conditioning programs for men’s basketball, men’s and women’s swimming and diving, men’s and women’s tennis, and men’s volleyball.

Prior to Mckendree, Coach Hardman was the Head Football Performance Coach at Next Level Athletics in Katy, TX. While at NLA Coach Hardman trained Olympic Midfielder Allie Long and Olympic Bobsledder Chris Kendig.

Before arriving at NLA, Coach Hardman completed internships at the University of Arizona where he assisted with the No. 7 ranked Wildcats win the PAC 12 South as well with Olympic sports and Southeastern Louisiana University. While at SLU, Coach Hardman worked with football, men’s and women’s basketball, women’s volleyball, women’s soccer and softball.

Coach Hardman completed his undergraduate degree at Southeastern Louisiana University where he majored in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Fitness and Human Performance and minored in coaching. Coach Hardman is finishing up his Master’s in Kinesiology at the University of Texas of the Permian Basin online.

Coach Hardman is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA. He is also USA Weightlifting Level 1, USA Track and Field Level 1, Precision Nutrition Level 1, and CPR certified.
