Chantale Riddle enters her second season as the Lady Colt Volleyball head coach and Lady Colt Basketball assistant coach.

Riddle spent one season as an assistant coach at Garden City Community College (Kansas) in 2021. Prior to her time in Kansas, she served as a part-time assistant coach for professional team VBC Aadorf in Switzerland.

Riddle is one of the most decorated athletes to come out of Roswell. A volleyball state champion and three-sport all-state athlete at Roswell High, Riddle played her collegiate ball at the University of New Mexico where she enjoyed four seasons as an All-Mountain West selection and was also named to the All-Southwest Region and American Volleyball Association All-America teams. She graduated in 2014 as the UNM and Mountain West Conference all-time leader in points and kills. She still owns the MWC's record for most attacks in a single season with 1,351. She competed with the USA College National Team from 2012-14.

After college, Riddle took her talents to Europe where she played professionally for three different teams over a five-year span.

Riddle earned a university studies degree from UNM with focus on family studies, Africana studies and fitness.

In 2023, Riddle was named to the Mountain West Conference 25th Anniversary Team.
